I am a 500Hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Meditation, Reiki I & II Certified Practitioner and Self Care Doula. Through Yoga, I educate and empower students with tools and strategies to support and balance their nervous systems through self care. I offer 1:1 yoga sessions, private group classes, Reiki Energy Balancing and Meditation sessions.
