Friday nights are a special time for our community

A pillar of our church is to stay connected and promote integration in our sacred space where healing flourishes within a nurturing community. In our hearts, we believe in the power of unity and self-expression, fostering a unique atmosphere where members craft their own medicine for the soul.

What We Offer:

1. A Safe and Sacred Space: Our sanctuary is a haven where you can let your guard down, free from judgment, and embrace the journey of healing no matter how messy it might be. It's a space where vulnerability is strength, and growth is nurtured.

2. Member-Crafted Medicine: We don't prescribe a one-size-fits-all solution because we understand that healing is a deeply personal journey. Our members actively contribute to creating unique remedies, ensuring that every individual's needs are met. From essential oils to foraging, and herbalism perhaps the medicine you need is right under your feet! Let's unearth it.

3. Diverse Modalities: We explore a rich tapestry of healing modalities, including sound healing, breathwork, yoga, creative arts, movement, self-care, and self-help. This diversity allows you to explore and choose what resonates with you, creating a holistic approach to healing.

4. Inclusivity and Empowerment: We are committed to making everyone feel included and heard. Here, you are not just a member; you are an essential part of our community. Your voice matters, and your experiences are valued. Together, we empower each other to heal and grow.

Why Join Our Friday Night Experience:

Our integrated practices are more than just a collection of techniques; they are a way of life. When you join our community, you embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. We're here to provide guidance, support, in a nurturing environment as you navigate the intricate path towards your well-being.

Who We Are For:

Our integrated recovery practices group caters to those seeking to tap into the healing power that lies within. Whether you're dealing with physical, emotional, or spiritual or existential crisis, our community welcomes like-minded individuals from all walks of life, united by a shared desire to learn, heal and grow.
